Shipping rules
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the size of your order and the delivery service you choose. The price will be indicated at the time of ordering when the delivery method is selected.
Shipping period
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or at weekends will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.
Delivery methods
Shipping is carried out by reliable partners (Omniva, DPD, Lietuvos paštas, etc.), with the choice made at the time of ordering. Possible delivery methods:
- Home delivery: the goods are delivered directly to the address you specify.
- Pick-up: You can pick up your goods from our shop or from our partners’ post offices.
Delivery time
Delivery in Lithuania takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the size of the order and the delivery location. Orders abroad may take longer, depending on the countries’ postal services.
Delivery problems
If your order has not been delivered on time or you are experiencing other problems, please contact our customer service team to help you resolve the situation.
Return and exchange rules
Returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Returns are only possible if the product has not been used, damaged or has lost its original appearance.
Returns procedure
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at. by post or by phone.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or incorrect.
Returned goods must be sent within 14 days of the return request.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
In the case of an exchange, the customer pays the shipping costs for both the return and the new item.
Return and exchange conditions
If the goods have been received with a defect or misdelivered, the return or exchange will be made at no extra cost to the customer.
Refunds will be credited to a bank account or refunded using the original method of payment as soon as the goods arrive in our warehouse.
